DESCRIPTION:Jiyong Lee is a studio artist and educator based in Carbondal
 e\, Illinois. He has taught at Southern Illinois University since 2005\, w
 here he leads the glass program. Originally from Seoul\, Korea\, he receiv
 ed his MFA from Rochester Institute of Technology. Lee has taught and exhi
 bited internationally\, with work shown in venues including the Musée des
  Arts Décoratifs in Paris\, the Tallinn Applied Art Triennial\, and the L
 oewe Foundation Craft Prize. His sculptures are held in collections such a
